Delivery and returns

*The recommended last date to order before Christmas is Sunday, 13th December*



We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron or Vpay.

Following card types are accepted; Credit, Corporate, Debit, Prepaid, Rewards.



Items are usually dispatched in 3-5 working days after your order has been confirmed. Shipping usually takes 1-2 working days, including Saturdays.

We will deliver you order by Royal Mail 1st class. Postage starts from £3.70, and your shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on a total weight and size of your order.

Delivery is currently available only within the UK, excluding Channel Islands.


Returns & Exchange

You may cancel or ask to exchange your order for any reason within 14 days. Please use our contact form to notify us. When the cancellation or exchange request is confirmed, we will provide you with returns details. You then have 14 days to return the item(s). Unfortunately, we do not cover delivery and return shipping costs.

Please note that currently we can only accept returns shipped using Royal Mail services. 

Returned items must be in an unused state and in their original packaging. Please note that if items are returned damaged due to a poor condition of packaging, regretfully we are not able to issue a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions.

All orders are carefully packaged to safely arrive to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of an item being delivered damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To confirm the damage, we will ask you to provide an image of the item, taken shortly after opening the parcel. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for an item of the same type to be delivered to you or offer you a similar item.
